Radiation Heat
Why does pizza taste best at the Italian restaurant? Because the oven makes the difference!
All grills and ovens use "Convection Heat," where the food is heated by hot air flowing past it. Additionally, the heat is also directly transferred to the food through the grate or pizza stone. This is referred to as "Conduction Heat."
The real secret of traditional pizza and stone ovens, however, is "Radiation Heat." The heat is stored in the oven shell and evenly radiated. This allows gentle cooking and baking without drying out the food.
With its heat-storing body, the Compadre is specially designed for "Radiation Heat." With it, you bake like a pro and make pizza like at your favorite Italian restaurant.

Easy Opening
